I understand and agree that participation in the Artist Night Tryout hosted by Andaaz Dance Academy involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to falling, tripping, slipping, and colliding with other participants, which may result in injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur, and I agree not to hold Andaaz Dance Academy or its instructors liable in any way.

I acknowledge that attending and participating in the tryout does not guarantee selection or a spot in the Artist Night show scheduled for July 25 & 26.

I hereby release, waive, and indemnify Andaaz Dance Academy, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur in connection with my participation in the tryout, rehearsals, or related activities.

I further agree to waive my rights, as well as those of my heirs and assigns, to hold Andaaz Dance Academy or any associated individuals liable for such incidents. I confirm that I am aware of my physical limitations and will not exceed them.

I grant permission to Andaaz Dance Academy to use photographs and videos taken during the tryout, rehearsals, or event for promotional and publicity purposes. This waiver applies to all related activities conducted in person or online. I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the above terms.
