Please read below the waiver form for the "Kids Garba Dance Classes". By Submitting the Registration form below you are agreeing to the conditions for the liability waiver.

"I understand and agree that the 55-minute dance class that I participate in at Andaaz Dance Academy has the potential for certain safety risks including but not limited to falling, tripping, slipping, and colliding with other attendees, which may result in several injuries. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injuries or accidents, which might occur to me and will not hold Andaaz Dance Academy & its instructors in any way responsible.
I also exempt, release, and indemnify Andaaz Dance Academy, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, and faculty members from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death
to me, or my property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes, events, or activities conducted by Andaaz Dance Academy.
I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Andaaz Dance Academy, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. I am signing this waiver for myself. Permission is granted to Andaaz Dance Academy to use photographs and videos of the event for publicity purposes. This waiver is applicable to classes that are conducted in person and online via zoom. I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the above statement."
